ORIGINAL HOT YOGA

The traditional hot yoga sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.  Amazing for promoting health & well-being, flexibility, and mindfulness.

FUSION & INTERMEDIATE

Stemming from the traditional hot yoga sequence, our additional hot yoga classes include "Intermediate Hatha", and  "Fusion".  These classes allow you to explore and improve your practice in the hot room.

VINYASA, ASHTANGA & ROCKET

"Vinyasa" means to move with the breath...  These "flow" classes turn up the intensity.  They provide opportunity for exploration of asana, pranayama, meditation, and more.

*more upper body work

SLOW FLOW & YIN YOGA

Moving at a slower pace, these asana classes

use concepts of Yin Yoga, using long holds to give the body time to release and open.

*more chill way to explore your practice

Why the heat?

You might notice that a bunch of our classes at YF are really hot! Some others are warmer than normal room temperature.  Why?  The heat is a tool which helps you go deeper into your practice both physically and mentally.  It improves circulation, it helps you detox, it oxygenates the body... It even helps combat depression (click here to see the Harvard study).  So many people benefit from this practice.  Don't be scared, take your first class today!
