The Yoga Factory HIIT (45min) is high-intensity interval training (HIIT) using plyometrics and yoga postures. HIIT training has been scientifically proven to burn maximum fat while building lean muscle mass due to its effect on EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) also referred to as “afterburn.”

These classes take place in our Sky Room, which has limited space. We strongly recommend you register in advance.
