went to Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Khao Lak, Thailand in the Fall of 2014. She taught yoga in Buffalo, NY before moving to Pittsburgh in 2016.
Her advice to yogis is to just keep coming back to your mat, and back to your practice. Rather than asking yourself if you feel like practicing today, as yourself if you have ever regretted making the time and effort for yoga in your life. The answer is probably no.
